Created in our studio, this gorgeous blend of French Lavender, Chamomile and Mandarin has a floral fruity and herbal aroma. It has been expertly designed to bring a sense of calm and prepare for a good night sleep.

Directions: Enjoy our oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath and as a massage oil. Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water. Please visit the recipes section on this website for more tips
