A popular spice originating from India, ginger is now grown and used all over the world in cooking and in traditional remedies.  Its warming effect on skin makes it ideal for tired joints, muscle rub formulas. It is also a mind boosting oil, good against depression. We have selected an oil distilled from fresh ginger roots, with a strong citrus, lime like top note with a fizzy effect and subtle earthy spicy tones.

Directions: Enjoy our oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath and as a massage oil.  Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.  Please visit  the recipes section on this website for more tips
