Chamomile flowers are very popular in herbal teas. The Roman Chamomile yields an oil with fruity floral facets and is known for its calming and sedative effect. It also has interesting benefits for the skin, especially its soothing effect when itching or burning.

Directions: Enjoy our oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath and as a massage oil.  Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.  Please visit  the recipes section on this website for more tips
