Recipes for our 'Sleep Well' Gift Set

Our Sleep Well Gift Set contains three essential oils that can help promote a good night sleep and give your body a rest:

  • Chamomile Essential Oil
  • Lavender Essential Oil
  • Mandarin Essential Oil

 

Here is how you can use these oils in easy to make recipes.

Blend
  • You can use these three oils separately/individually, but for a more wholesome experience, we recommend you blend them. Here is an example of blend you can create : 10 drops Mandarin + 5 drops Lavender + 1 drop Chamomile
  • Remember that 1ml is about 20-25 drops of oil, so in our recipes with 16 drops, you will have about 0.75ml. 
  • We recommend blending these oils in a small glass before adding to the final recipe, but you can add directly also.
 
Body Oil
  • In a tbsp (15ml) Jojoba, Argan or Almond Oil, add 10 drops of your blend of essential oils
  • apply to temples or wrists before going to bed.

 

Room Mist
  • In a spray bottle, dilute 20-30 drops of essential oils in 2tbsp (30ml) pure alcohol and 1 tsp (5ml) water.
  • Diffuse around your bed an hour before bedtime.
 
Pillow
  • Add a few drop of essential oils on a cotton ball or a small piece of cloth and place near /under your pillow.
  • Then lay back and let yourself drift to sleep.
